Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Media

If you’re a registered user uploading images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF ​​location tags. Visitors to the site can download and read the full location data from images on the site.

(some of the statistical data regarding the use of the website), entities with which Emvo Prosta Spółka Akcyjna undertakes permanent or temporary cooperation aimed at fulfilling the Client’s requests related to the performance of activities (including the conclusion of an agreement with the Client).

We process your personal data for the purpose of:

  1. providing services by electronic means in the scope of making the content collected on the website available to users, in accordance with the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);

  3. epossible determination, exercise or defence against claims which constitute our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

User activity on the website, including their personal data, is recorded in system logs (a special computer program used to store a chronological record of events and activities related to the IT system used to provide services by the personal data controller).
